RFQ Details

We would like to purchase D2 Gasoil with a sulphur content of 0.02-0.05% at a very good rate. We have no time to waste with those who pretend to have the product. we will require swit POP in to our bank for verification from any 100 world banks or corespondence bank, we will give POF immediately once product can be guaranteed by sellers bank. If seller is not primary we will requre documentation of authority to sell on behalf of primary. Outlined are procedures we would like to follow:

1) LOI
2) FCO
3) Contract(s)
4) Swift POP (lodged in our bank)
5) POF (from our bank)
6) DHL POP (Lodged in our bank)
7) ICPO
8) DLC
9) *@********************ery AWSP
11) Discharge by Sabolt etc
11) Release of funds to seller

We are a seriours group of buyers and have many clients. We do not want our time wasted and will not entertain anything which is not serious. We would adhere to a minimum order value of 2Million MT per month and are looking for a one year contract with rolls and extentions. Serious people need only return.
